Overall Role: The Sales Team Member is the face of the Jo's Beauty Supply. This role is responsible for creating an inviting, confident, and helpful shopping experience that reflects our bold brand identity. Sales Team Members greet every customer with energy, assist with product recommendations, maintain a polished store environment, and support the daily operations that keep Jo's running smoothly. This poisiton requires strong customer service skills, a willingness to stay busy, and pride in contributing to a clean, organized, and empowered beauty shopping experience.
