Lead Cashier/ Keyholder (full-time 30-40)

5 days a week

Starting pay: $10-$12 per hour

Overall Role: The Lead Cashier/Keyholder is a key player at Jo’s Beauty Supply. This role is responsible for opening and/or closing the store, as well as the day-to-day operations ensuring smooth transactions and customer service satisfaction. All Team Members are required to greet every customer with energy, assist with product recommendations, maintain a polished store environment, and support the daily operations that keep Jo's running smoothly. This position requires strong customer service skills, a willingness to stay busy, and pride in contributing to a clean, organized, and empowered beauty shopping experience. *Experience is required in retail, management, or customer service.

Sales Team Member (part-time) 

3 days a week, hours vary

Starting pay: $9 per hour

Overall Role: The Sales Team Member is the face of the Jo's Beauty Supply. This role is responsible for creating an inviting, confident, and helpful shopping experience that reflects our bold brand identity. Sales Team Members greet every customer with energy, assist with product recommendations, maintain a polished store environment, and support the daily operations that keep Jo's running smoothly. This position requires strong customer service skills, a willingness to stay busy, and pride in contributing to a clean, organized, and empowered beauty shopping experience.
